We wish all our customers and fellow pilots a very happy and prosperous New Year!

May the number of launches and landings always be equal.

During the next days you will see several new products in our shop. So better stay tuned.

But first of all we welcome a funny chap that just landed from a very long flight from Nevada, our new Micro Pterodactylus.

Short note: On january 4th our company will remain closed for stock inventory. We will be back in business on January 5th and will process your orders.

New lower prices on RBC kits

RBC, well known manufacturer of CNC kits for jets, has lowered their prices for several kits by up to 20%.

We are glad to offer these discounts to you with immidiate effect.

There are new lower prices for the following Mini Fan kits:

Skyhawk, Huckebein, P-212. MIG 29, Yak 23, Horten 13B, F-35C, F-22 and F-100

There are new lower prices for the following Midi Fan kits:

YAK-15 and G-40 Gloster

New thrust tubes for Mini and Midi Fan pro

We have added new sizes to our existing range of thrust tubes.

So far there where three sizes of thrust tubes, 12, 16 an 22 cm long. These tubes are extremely popular with our customers, since they are easy to use and fiddling with thin film to form a proper nozzle finds an end.

We listened to customers wishes and added another thrust tube for our Mini Fan pro to the existing range with the new one beeing 28 cm long. This one can be shortened down to 23 cm w/o changing the exhaust dia.

Addtitionally we carry a trumpet like intake tube now.

And since we where asked so often, we designed some thrust tubes for our popular Midi Fan pro as well.

Currently there are four sizes: 10,15, 20 and 25 cm.

You can obtain these thrust tubes at your local WeMoTec dealer, or you find them in our E-Shop.

Obviously all sizes are available from stock, following our policy to announce products only when they are available from stock already. No hype, we deliver!

Sometimes, strange creeds come into your view...

I browsed the EDF forum of RCGroups just before xmas 2008 when an advert catched my eye.

The small company "Pteroworks" run by Ron Marston in Nevada USA promoted his newest breed, a 52" Pterodactyl, which he produces in small quantities.

It catched my interest immidiately since I am so sick of all these similar looking chinese ARFs and i decided to order a kit for myself to build during xmas days.

Since the postage to europe was quite high, I asked around in a german forum, and in the end we got an order together for two dozend kits.

Most of these Pteros cruise european skies by now.

And "Ptero" really surprised us. It is dead easy to fly and much faster than expected, even with cheap motors.

For this reason we finally decided to add this beautiful bird to our  range of products, even though it is the only model not intended for EDF. We enjoy it so much, that we just want to offer it to you.

And probably we will strap him a small EDF unit on his back one day... :-)
